GENERAL STRATEGY
“Mingachevir Textile” LLC, as an employer, knows and accepts the obligation of appropriate and real provision of health, safety and prosperity of its employees.
“Mingachevir Textile” LLC will provide all actual efforts available for protection of public members that can deprive the effect during its activity, guests and contractors.
“Mingachevir Textile” LLC will follow all appropriate laws, regulations and practices and will take measures within its authorities for below mentioned items:
- To provide the operation and health risks of facilities and equipment.
- To take measures for provision of inexistence of security and health risks during use, cover, storage and carrying out of material and substances,
- To provide with necessary information, instruction, training and guidance with the purpose of provision the health and safety of its employees at work.
- To maintain safe workplace and to provide and maintain for it safe entrance and exit means,
- Providing suitable Personal Protective Equipment for employees.
For achieving the purpose, the enterprise should use available resources for putting forward and maintain the best practice in Health and Safety Administration. “Mingachevir Textile” LLC will try to prevent any disaster that can result with the damage, illness and occurring damage to the property.
RESPONSIBILITY OF MANAGEMENT
“Mingachevir Textile” LLC requires the cooperation with the management from all employees to meet to the requirements of law and Health and Safety standards. It remembers not to risk that can affect negatively to the Health and Safety of employees and other persons. Any violation of Health and Safety Strategy of the enterprise will be resulted with disciplinary measure. All employees will receive their work instruction of their duty and responsibility as indicated in Health and Safety Administration System.
SUPPORT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY
The main function of Health and Safety activity is supporting to meet the Health and Safety purposes of “Mingachevir Textile” LLC. The operation director for professional and comprehensive provision of Health and Safety in the enterprise including creating, carrying out, monitoring and reviewing of the rules of Health and Safety Purposes of “Mingachevir Textile” LLC is responsible against the Director.
ANALYSIS OF WORK SAFETY
As a part of General Health and Safety measures, the appropriate and necessary assessment of Health and Safety risks for all works carried out by “Mingachevir Textile” LLC.
The purpose of such assessment is to comply with appropriate legislation and intra-agency rules and define the appropriate prophylaxis and protection measures necessary for provision of Health and Safety of other persons depriving to the effect of activities of “Mingachevir Textile” LLC and our workers.
ADVISING
Without active participation of our workers, the Health and Safety strategy will not be successful. The safety improvement meetings will be held by our operation team. The chief of HSE department was appointed in accordance with the legal requirements with the purpose of controlling and improvement to the HSE direction at “Mingachevir Textile” LLC.
TRAINING
“Mingachevir Textile” LLC needs to Health and Safety Training with the purpose provision the experience to implement the works without occurring danger for employees themselves and others. Such training will be carried out during directing of employee and in working period regularly.
DECLARATION AND ANALYSIS OF NATURAL DISASTERS
The chief of HSE Department is responsible for analyzing and declare the occurrence condition and causes of all cases in relation with damage, property injury, default or discrepancy. In necessary cases, in the independent case study the cooperators and managers of other structure divisions will help it.
The appropriate declaration form will be filled for natural disasters.
Copies of all declarations will be sent to the Director.
In certain cases, the enterprise can conduct the consultation with foreign authorities. Then they will be provided with all information about the case.
PUBLICATION OF STRATEGY
The copy of this strategy will be delivered all employees and will be hanged in work fields of “Mingachevir Textile” LLC. It will be brought to attention of all contractors, clients and guests and will be submitted to any interested side.
REVISION OF STRATEGY
HSE strategy of “Mingachevir Textile” LLC will be reviewed regularly and any legislation change will be made or it will be made amendments depending on the needs of the enterprise. If it will be necessary, new HSE purposes will be defined and submitted to the work fields.
NATURE AND ENVIRONMENT
Continuing the production process without damaging the nature and the environment is our primary goal. During the production process all the necessary measures are taken to prevent the pollution of the environment.
